Majority Naga 80 Layout and Features

The Majority Naga 80 certainly looks like it could go toe to toe with a much more expensive sound bar! Measuring in at 810 X 77.7 X 117mm (31.88 x 3.06 x 4.60 inches), you would probably want to pair with a 36 inch or bigger screen.

The all-black metal design is dominated by the tight mesh on the front and top surfaces. Two full length rubber feet provide a firm foundation and reduce any sound vibration. Branding is limited to a subtle indented logo in the top right side.

The front mesh blends in well while hiding the front facing, 2.1 drivers. A white LED panel in the center provides status. Fortunately, the lighting quickly turns off after any changes are reported.

The 3d immersive sound is provided by a set of 2.24-inch drivers facing the front, two tweeters in the sides to provide a wider surround style sound and a single, dedicated 2.5-inch subwoofer.

Here is a closer look at those side ports. Majority’s engineers have employed some audio trickery to create a more 3D sound experience out of those 2.1 drivers. You can also see the mounting screws that ship pre-installed.

While most users will default to the remote control, there is a set of controls across the center. From left to right: Power, Input selector, Volume up and down. Buttons have icons on them but blend well into the design.

Connectivity options are located in a recessed area on the back, center. Connection options are: A 3.5mm AUX port, ARC enabled HDMI, a USB playback port, Optical input, a Subwoofer Output jack and the DC power port.  The Subwoofer port is a welcome sight allowing for some nice aftermarket Bass solutions. Also include in the box are a simple User Manual, the remote, a HDMI Cable, a 3.5mm to RCA adapter, a Power Cable, a storage bag and a set of wall mounting brackets.
