    Install and Conclusion

ROG markets this case as a mid-tower design. The size and support for eATX motherboards seems to contradict this label, as does the 18Kg (39.68 lbs.) of weight. It is simply a big heavy case even empty!

To test the fit and finish we installed our Aorus Z790 Elite X WiFi 7 Motherboard. This ATX motherboard measures in at a pretty typical 30.5cm x 24.4cm (about 12 x 9.6 inches) and fits with plenty of extra space.

There is plenty of room up top for custom cooling both above and in front of the motherboard. The included water pump/reservoir mounting bracket makes it easy to install custom water-cooling options with radiators up to 420mm in length and 90mm thick (with fans).

Another nice feature is the multifunction cover with GPU braces. The cover cleverly hides cabling while moving to accommodate your motherboard size. The two GPU brackets on sturdy rails supporting graphics cards up to 190 mm in height and allows for an SSD or ROG Aura Terminal to be mounted for display.

The Strix Helios features a Dual-chamber layout to separate cold air intake from hot exhaust, reducing recirculation of warm air and maximizing airflow. It also features a DTS (Dynamic Thermal Shield) panel to direct airflow away from sensitive components and towards the radiators.

    Conclusion

The ASUS ROG Strix Helios is a Full featured case worthy of the ROG flagship status providing everything you expect from a top tier chassis. All standard features are present with subtle yet impactful enhancements, such as the acrylic cable cover and the carry handle. This case is simply a beast.

I particularly love its open design and the branded front glass panel which offer a sleek and modern look without being overly flashy. It is a full-featured ARGB case that not only looks fantastic but also cools like a pro. The robust cooling capabilities and customizable lighting options make it an ideal choice for gamers and enthusiasts who demand top-tier performance without breaking the bank.
