A Few More Steps
With all the fans removed you can move to disconnecting the RAID module by twisting three plastic locks and lifting the module out.
The last step will be to remove the SATA power connector and ribbon cables located on the opposite side.
At this point the motherboard is mobile and ready to be removed. Unlike on desktop PCs the standoffs are metal clips that hold the PCB down.
To remove the board you slide the PCB towards the front of the server. After that you can lift the board out of the chassis and prepare the replacement.
My replacement motherboard came with processors and memory already installed, to make things easy I decided to install everything as-is to make sure it all worked and then do the processor and memory upgrade later.
