ROCCAT Tyon – All Action Multi-Button Gaming Mouse Review
Author: Darren McCainConclusion
I may be a bit biased but I think Roccat gets it. The Tyon has innovative buttons just where you expect them without becoming overwhelming. Maybe the best part is you don’t even notice them when you don’t want to use them. I love macros when I am online playing Guild Wars 2 but really only need a couple when playing FPS. Done. Only now I am experimenting with flying by mouse!
As with all mice you will have to decide just how much you like or care for the extra features but the new thumb rest and comfortable palm grip alone is a nice improvement over the Kone. Some features like adjustable weight and button labeling may not be needed but I miss the options in this flagship mouse. Whether you need these features is another story.
I can’t help but recommend the Kone XTD but the Tyon gives me something to recommend to my online addicted gamer friends as well. Either way you can’t go wrong with a Roccat gaming mouse!
