    Introduction

There have been a number of great casemods over the years.  Some respectable mods might include total conversions showing that the Starship Enterprise can play Minecraft while others are the reddit special, showing a case featuring RGB and sleeved cables and calling it a mod due to cost.  No matter what camp you subscribe a custom PC is still a thing to be celebrated.

One mod that really sticks in my mind is the Donkey Kong build from Thermaltake.  It was first showcased during CES 2017 and quickly became an internet sensation.  The mod was built from the Thermaltake Tower 900 and spent many years traveling the world while also occupying the lobby at Thermaltake USA.

In this review we will be looking at the Thermaltake Tower 100.  This is a smaller version of the Tower 900 designed for Mini ITX system builds.  Fans of the Tower 900 are typically enthusiasts who like to put together custom builds.  The Donkey Kong build featured a dual TT Premium water loop and showed that with the right accents and a few graphics you could convert a boring computer case into a work of art.

The Tower 100 was launched during CES 2021 and is almost a direct copy of the Tower 900 featuring the same panels, same interior design but with a more compact form factor.  While the Tower 900 will fit a dual water loop the smaller Tower 100 will barely contain an AIO.
