Every wonder how photographers take such good photos of computer hardware?
There was an office off the production floor dedicated to taking product photos. The studio is your standard whitewash with strobe flashes which, in reality, puts my studio to shame.
One of the great things about CyberPowerPC is that they fully support every system they sell and do so with an onsite call center. This call center is run 24/7 and can handle just about everything from issues with hardware to warranty returns.
While warranty returns are rare a system can be sent back to be inspected by the CyberPowerPC onsite technicians. If they determine that something needs to be replaced they will send it back down the production line for service.
When complete the system will go through the normal burn-in testing and then is shipped back to the customer.
