    Introduction

At CES 2014 EVGA had announced two new products.  The first is the popular GTX 780 Ti Classified KPE (kingpin edition) and the second was the Torx gaming mouse.  As many of you know the KPE video card was available shortly after CES and sold out in a matter of hours.  Since then EVGA has produced another batch of those cards and have been selling extremely well.

The Torx gaming mouse has been in final development all spring and is now available in online retailers.  Of course a mouse is just the beginning as there are rumors that a gaming keyboard is also in the works.

Precision X is the EVGA overclocking tool and was initially based on Rivatuner.  EVGA has announced that they will be releasing a complexly rewritten version, Rivatuner free, that will be adding some new features like an OSD (On Screen Display), voltage and a few other customizations.

As an added bonus the new Precision X will be available on Steam complete with unlockable achievements.

In terms of motherboards EVGA has their Intel 9-series refresh including a completely black version of the Z97 Classified.  There was also a “next-gen” 9-series motherboard (read: X99) on display.  This is a development version so none of the features are finalized but, will likely represent a FTW version of the final product.

Come to find out while the new socket is LGA 2011 the new processors will have a slightly different pin-out and will not be interchangeable with previous SB-e and IV-e processors.

Running a high-end enthusiast system takes power and EVGA has released three 1600w PSUs that are 80plus rated in all manner of exotic metals.

These power supplies are fully modular and will support KPE in 3-way SLI or regular Classified in 4-way.  The cables used on these power supplies are still in development but may feature the previous braided and stranded cables or something new, likely in the flat variety.
