The first thing you will notice is the impressive Cyclone II heatsink that stands well above the height of the PCB. Cyclone II is a dual heatpipe based heatsink with a large radial finned heatsink in the center. The MSI GTX 650 Ti is the largest card in this round up measuring in at 9.5 inches with a standard board height.
By flipping the card over we can make out where all of the major components are located. Along the side nearest to the video connections you will find the PWM followed by the GPU which is surrounded by GDDR5 video memory chips.
Video is similar to the reference design and features two dual link DVI video outputs combined with a single mini HDMI connection. All of these can be used at the same time allowing you to run 3-way surround from a single card.

With the Cyclone II cooler removed we can get a good look at the Power Edition PCB. You will notice right away the four phase PWM along the side closest to the video connectors. This is a key feature of the Power Edition cards which should help with overclocking and stability.
