In this review we will be looking at the SilverStone SETA A2. This will be the third SATA chassis that I have reviewed on Hardware Asylum and is built on a strong base of high airflow chassis designs supporting some of the largest motherboards on the market. Asus offers the Helios GX601 in the white and chrome you see here and a more traditional black based configuration. The case may be one of the largest we have seen here in the labs rivaling even the monster builds we tend to enjoy. Two things immediately draw your attention. The beautiful tempered glass on three sides and the unique carry strap. The LAN party guy in me squeals with delight!

There are no fancy RGB lights and the entire DDR5 memory options are limited to 4800Mhz. This is not an issue but does reaffirm that these modules may not appeal to system builders who are looking to make a statement but, rather everyone else who is looking for a reliable and extremely stable product that can unlock the power of their systems with excellent right-out-of-the-box memory performance.
In this review we will be looking at a new M.2 NVMe SSD from Patriot called the Viper Gaming VPN110. This is the performance oriented NVMe SSD from Viper Gaming that capacities of 512GB, 1TB and 2TB. While this drive is not the fastest in the Patriot lineup it is no slouch with Sequential Read and Write performance up to 3300MB/s.
The Masterliquid PL360 features a new dual chamber pump design that is more compact than previous generations without impacting performance. The high-speed motor features a ceramic bearing impeller to help provide balanced waterflow and thermal performance by targeting hot spots using a larger microchannel cold plate.
Overall, I am very impressed with the ASUS ROG Z690-E Gaming WiFi. The performance was amazing and the control I was given to tweak and tune the system is exactly what you would expect from Republic of Gamers. If you are looking to build a solid gaming rig using the 12th generation Alder Lake CPUs you deserve checking this motherboard out.
