MSI Z97 MPower Overclocking Motherboard Review

One of the benefits to upgrading to a specialized motherboard is that not only do you get more features onboard but also in-box.  The MSI Z97 MPower comes with a number of features including what you see below.

Maybe one of the coolest included items that serves very little "real" purpose is this really cool door hanger.  One side it says "Busy Breaking World Records" and the other says "Out Buying LN2".  We might have to keep that one out just for fun.

Along with the door hanger you get the normal manuals and driver disks.

When contrasting the changes between the older Z87 MPower and the newer Z97 MPower we see that there have been a few subtile changes that we think are actually quite good.  The first is the lack of the WiFi and Bluetooth module.  Given that this is an entry level overclocking board there is little need for this feature.  MSI also didn't include a certificate of awesome but did include a testing sheet and inspection details.
