UEFI Features
MSI Z87 motherboards come with a rather unique UEFI that is divided up into six major menus. Within those menus are specialized sections to control features like overclocking and onboard peripherals. We have seen this menu before on the Z79 XPower and had reservations about using it at first due to poor documentation but after awhile you just get used to where stuff is.
Below are some of the screens from the MSI Z87 MPower UEFI in no particular order.

We find that there is a serious problem with the MSI UEFI implementation since aside from the six menu selections there are no reference points as to where you are in the submenus. Yes, you should know how you got there but we feel there should be at least a title on each page saying something like "Advanced Memory Configuration" or "CPU Advanced Features".
There is one redeaming feature included with the Z87 MPower and that is the Board Explorer that gives you a snapshot of the motherboard with clickable regions showing you what is connected to each area.

Looks a bit like the old 3D Bios, at least the MSI menus has better mouse support.
