    UEFI Features

The MSI UEFI is really quite interesting and, a little boring.  From a design standpoint it is very minimal offering little in terms of graphics but does have a logical layout.  You will need to “spin through the menus” but, after a short while this becomes second nature.

Mouse and keyboard navigation are quite good though I did find mouse tracking to be a little slow at times.  This is why I prefer using the keyboard to navigate a BIOS.

Every section is clearly indicated and most sections will “hide” the primary navigation in an attempt to reduce confusion.  I personally find this annoying and a fix for a situation that shouldn’t exist but, whatever.

Below are some of the more interesting screens in no particular order.

There are several helper pages for individual features such as the Smart Button, performance settings, favorites and hardware monitor.

As with all BIOS menus it is a good idea to root around and identify all of the settings you are looking for and discover what their dependencies might be.  I found that several settings were hidden from view or just hiding at the very bottom of a long page.
