Bios Features
Gigabyte calls their system tuning module "Motherboard Intelligent Tweaker" (or M.I.T.) Here you will find all of the frequency and voltage controls that you are allowed to change.
The BIOS is laid out in 2 basic parts. The main MIT screen features the common voltage and frequency controls. Whereas the associated advanced menu allows to you tweak the settings further. For most standard overclocks the primary menu will be enough, however not everything is available from the main screen.
Below are some of the more interesting screens found in the GA-Z68X-UD7 BIOS.(in no particular order)
It should be noted that the Z68X features a Hybrid EFI BIOS which allows for 3TB HDD support and for the addition of modules to be added at a later time.

As with all BIOS menus it is a good idea to root around a bit and find all of the settings you are looking for and discover what their dependencies might be. We found that several settings were hidden from view but were later found buried in one of the advanced menus, or in plain sight on the main menu screen (ie saving the CMOS profiles)
