The ASUS P9X79comes with a fully skinned UEFI BIOS that controls every aspect of the system. When you first access the system you are presented with the basic menu mode allowing you to change things like boot order and EPU and TPU settings. If you which to access the advanced mode you can do so with the button in the upper right.
All of the UEFI pages feature mouse support and allow you to access USB Flash drives on demand and even save screenshots, which is why these look so good.

It is a good idea to root around for a little while and locate all of the settings you are looking for "before" you begin tweaking and understand what they are supposed to do. This also helps you track down issues when things go wrong so you aren't left wondering what happened.
