EVGA TORQ X10 Carbon Gaming Mouse Review
Author: Darren McCainConclusion
There is no doubt that EVGA built the Torq X10 Carbon gaming mouse with the highest quality materials and given that this is their first mouse that is quite surprising. The Carbon fiber mounted over solid aluminum makes for a stable base and not only makes the X10 Carbon stand out but unique as well. Then load it up with a top Avago 8200DPI sensor and Omron switches to make for an intriguing freshman effort and likely influenced by gaming enthusiasts and input device snobs. Of course that is just the tip of a very nice iceberg that also includes a silver dipped USB cable, nickel plated USB plug and removable weights.
Let’s face it, the X10 Carbon looks great and its already selling for around $100. The only real misstep seems to be that overly delicate, I need a video tutorial, removable surface to access the weight tray. However, let’s be real, how often to mess with your weights?
I am still shaking my head over how solid this first EVGA mouse effort really is. With a start like the Torq X10 Carbon I can’t wait to see what’s next.
