NZXT Phantom Case Review

There is a door that covers the five external 5.25" drive bays.  As the photo shows the door does open to the right and is held closed with a magnetic clasp. 

Both sides of the case feature door mounted vents with fan ports accessible on the front side.  Unlike most cases, the primary intake is actually on the front side of the case in the form of two 120mm fans.  An additional 200mm or 230mm fan can be installed in the same panel if you need additional cooling.

One issue with side mounted fan placements is getting power to the fans while still being able to remove the panel.  For the NZXT Phantom you'll need to rely on Molex plug connectors or install pressure contacts yourself.

The rear of the case features a standard 120mm exhaust fan, seven expansion slots and four watercooling ports.

This case comes with four cooling fans with the ability to support a total of six.  The largest of these pre-installed fans is the 200mm located at the top of the case behind the black mesh grill.  A secondary 200mm fan can be installed next to this fan if you need additional cooling or additional lighting effects.
