Asylum Review Block: More Z170 aka Skylake Goodness
I'm sure by now many of you have heard about damaged Skylake processors due to Intel's aggressive cost cutting efforts. Sadly, I too was pwned by the shoddy proc by simply installing it incorrectly. No it didn't break the CPU socket but it did bend all four corners and that was only with pressure from the retention flapper metal thing.
Despite this, Skylake is good and people should consider it when upgrading from LGA 775 or any AMD solution. Here are some reviews to help confuse matters.

Funny thing, a year ago I was actually buried in Haswell based motherboards to review first with Z87 and later Z97 with the launch of Devils Canyon. It would seem just the opposite is happening with Z170. Not good.
Of course this mini rant is brought to you by the #wherethehellisskylake movement where we ask the question, "Who did we piss off this time?"
