Rosewill Apollo Mechanical Gaming Keyboard Review - BCCHardware

So, kudos to Rosewill for acting on feedback received from their Helios RK-9200 and prior models when designing their newest keyboard line, the Apollo RK-9100.  Removing the Micro-USB port for the input cable, and replacing it with what appears to be a sturdier fixed plug, along with adding a software driver to remember keyboard settings and macros.  Moves in the right direction for sure.

The feel and sound of this keyboard did take some getting used to. I have always used decent, but non-mechanical keyboards in the past. The Apollo definitely changed that for me. I really like the feel and the feedback. There is no confusion whether you missed hitting that key in battle anymore.

Now if only they'd offer it with Cherry MX Red switches.  A guy can dream, can't he?
