How I prepared for the MOA 2012 Americas Qualifier

When I binned the 7970 Lightning I used 3DMark II and noted the frequency of both core and memory along with voltage. Memory started at 1600Mhz and remained there until the score stopped scaling. After that I increased the memory speed until the scale came back and started increasing core speed. A fail on the line was a failed benchmark leading to more voltage.
