Noctua
While overclockers and computer enthusiasts in the states generally don't concern themselves with "silent performance" that famous Austrian company, Noctua does. The display this year was centered around some of the new coolers they have coming out including a redesigned D-Type cooler using 140mm fans and revised heatpipe layout for better thermal conductivity and better performance. They also had a larger version of the NH-L9 on display to better accommodate Haswell and the larger quad core processors.
In the world of new Noctua tech they are experimenting with a diamond infused copper that promises to increase thermal transfer and make their coolers more efficient.
There is no word on when this might come to market but if they can manufacture it the new process should really increase heatsink performance.
